I have changed my mind about buying because I use oxygen every day. I have been calling him but he does not answer his phone. His name is Donald Hubbard. and his cell number is 936-676-**** and he won't answer. I don't need this vacum and it won't fit into my budget anyway. I thought that you could think about it a few days and then let them know whether you want to keep and I decided that I can't afford it.

I feel I was pressured I to a product I neither can use or need. The salesman walked out with my vacuum and left me having to now buy one to use.

I was pressured into purchasing a ritello vacuum system at my home. I am 75 and told them over and again that I could not afford nor do I want the vacuum. I am a widow and live on a very small income. These men are ruthless and I couldn't get them to leave. They kept on throwing numbers at me and at the end even took my brand new vacuum. They finagled the numbers but in the end the cost was the same. Finally it was getting late and there was no ending to their talking so I signed the contract because they said I could return and cancel the contract. Well try to find them. I deferred the payments for 3 months but there was no way of getting g hold of these people. They played me for a fool. You can't cancel if you can't get hold of them. Now after paying their loan company several payments I told them I wasn't paying anymore and stopped payment. Told them refund me and take the vacuum which I had never used. It is too heavy. They ha e messed up my credit at the three credit bureaus. I went from 887 to 637 what can be done.

We purchased 2 vacuums. We were told and its on camera 20 year warranty and we had 30 days to return. After the 4th broken product in less than 30 days we requested a refund. Sales gilr called manager he said no and blamed PCI finance company first then said we just decided we spent too much which was an insult. The products are broken they dont work he has seen video came to our home saw the machine not sucking and still refusing refund. Very horrible lies and scams all around.

Very, very Overpriced piece of junk.

One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made is buying a Ritello Cleaner. It is such a hassle to work with and then not even good suction, completely frustrating.

And guess what I have to clean and empty the damned thing every time orelse it will stink... who has time to be doing a double cleaning job? I really wish this company would stop conning people into buying these things.

I could have had 5 good hoovers for the cost of this contraption. Now going to invest in a proper hoover, cant spend the rest of my life torturing myself over this mistake

I got scammed into buying a Rotello system. I told them I couldn't afford any payments because I have very limited money to work with every month.

I have never used it, Can't even lift it or put it together. I am 75 years old, a widow, on limited money. How dare them take advantage of elderly people. I added up the cost, and over 5,000 dollars is the last thing I need.

There are a lot more important things I need more than an overpriced piece of junk.

I am going to crimes against seniors this coming week. Also we have lawyers for seniors which I will make an appointment with.

They talked me into pitching my family memebers into buy them my mother was I tears trying to Get out of her contract a day after she signed it when she found out she was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and said that the debt was unessary I had already gotten the commission for it and felt bad and wanted to return the commission I never verbally or signed a contract or agreement to take over the charges my mother pleaded to destroy the contract and have her down payment refunded but nothing happened my boss told me to figure it out and I told him to destroy the contract and have some heart he was cold and a few weeks later I quit when he bad mouthed my family and friends I was a push over then before I became a business woman my self and that was a few months ago and now my mother tells me she hasn’t payed anything and told the debt collector I’d take care of it it’s a big hunk of junk that I want her to return and I’m at a loss of words as to what I can do to take this debt off of her hands

Bad business practice

1 year ago these people managed to get by our gated community where no solicitation is allowed. They came to my house offering a free gift just to show the machine.

After convincing me I could not live without the vacuum they had me sign a contract. I mentioned that I had at least 3 days to reconsider and they immediately told me that did not apply in this case that I was stuck with the contract. I was 71 at the time and had been sick for 3 months. I did not realize what they had done as I was pretty confused at the time.

I am stuck with a vacuum I cannot use as when the water is in, it's too heavy to use. I have not and will not pay for it as they should not have lied to me and I cannot use it. They took the box so I could not return it. They are a rip off and take advantage of the elderly.

I may have a mark on my credit but I don't care.

I did not get a receipt but sure have gotten the bills. It is the most expensive vacuum I have ever had that I did not pay for and will not pay for.

Came to my senses

I have recently been considering employment with Ritello until I began to see all the games including manipulation and lies to get recruits and sales. I can't sacrifice my integrity in order to maintain a job that I have to become a predator on innocent, nave and trusting people.

Especially, using unethical tactics like lies by omission and vagueness to trap folks into a loan that they will end up paying double for a over priced machine. 24% interest and $126.00 monthly payment- at least- for 3 years for a small metal and plastic, simple machine. And, offering a gift stating just for your time to view a demonstration but then after the show they have to give 10 referrals to get it.

If it's not a lie- they say the pay is great and everyone is rich and it's so easy-I think I person must have to be aggressive and maybe ruthless to do this for a living. Glad I came to my senses-not for me.

Looks like a dream but is really a nightmare, loud, smelly, poor suction, low quality, too much useless attachments.

No wonder they offer fragrances with the machine. Because without without the fragrance IT STINKS.

I don't know what others encountered but Ritello is amazing. It has been working wonders for me.

My sister who is based in Australia is also using the same and she's satisfied and happy with it too.

Besides the product itself, customer service is also excellent. They are quick and responsive whenever I need them.

I came across this by coincidence. I am owner of Ritello for very long time. I purchase my product from poland 4 years now. When now I am in Australia my warranty is still covered and last year the company also give me free servicing and june is my next servicing. Some people not happy because my opinion they dont deserve good product better they go buy something cheap quality and keep quiet

On August 16th (exactly 14 days from my initial request for a refund), Ritello rep finally refunded me the amount and I am able to confirm the refund. I am glad the matter is concluded. I can only hope no other will fall prey to these vacuum cleaner seller ever again.

Recently I purchased a Ritello vacuum cleaner. I was enticed by their anytime-return policy, stating that they provide me 7 days to change my mind. I did some research and found out that this brand is connected to Delphin, Rainbow, Lura, Ritello, Sirena, pretty much all other shady vacuum business. I also found out that they are made in China, not in Italy as what they seem to claim. I immediately give one of their agent a call to claim the return as they had promised. Their agent hang up on me, delaying any kind of response until the 7 days period is over.

On the 7th working day day I sent them an email asking for clarification regarding the return process. Guess what, they took almost one week to reply and simply stated "Sorry it has been past 7 days, we will not refund you." They refused to acknowledge the call I made to their agent but luckily I have done my research and I approach them as if I'm talking to a scammer and recorded all conversation.

Right now I'm in the middle of trying to bring them to court, as well as tried to recover my losses by selling the item through 3rd channel. To my surprise they managed to take down my listing, which means they have the power to silence customer's complaint.

The short version:
1- Ritello gives you free gift. If you read the small print, it is stated there that you need to pay $125 if you want to cancel an appointment with them.
2- After you receive the free gift, they will enter your house and force you to sign a purchase contract, while taunting that you can cancel at anytime and that you don't need to worry.
Bonus study: They will also claim that the price is only valid for one day, so that you cannot do any kind of deep research on their brand to figure out that they are the same as Delphin, Rainbow, Lura, Ritello, Sirena, etc.
3- Upon doing your research and asking to cancel your order, they will stop replying to you until the return period is over.
4- When the return period is over, they will now reply you, claiming that you have exceeded your return period and the item can no longer be returned.
5- If you try to post complaints online, they will try to silence you, either by posting out-of-place random praises to their company (posted by their staff), or they will try to silence you by legal means.

You are blowing smoke on viewers rears, no company gives anytime return policy, even Ritello which is a direct sales company, Ritello gives you a 3 DAYS WONDOW to cancel the transaction.

I wished that I would have read the comments on this Retello junk vacuum cleaner I purchased. Unfortunately I did not know bad the Co were, where I purchased the Retello.

They did not return my calls, and finally after I got through we were making an appointment for a pickup, and twice I was let down. Just kept me delayed with promises. Finally the 7 days were up, and I was told they can't take the Retello back, because the return policy time had expired.

I am so upset for letting these professional lairs into my home to talk me into purchasing a vacuum cleaner. Just came out of the Hospital, and I was still under the influence of drugs when I agreed to their terms.

Worst vacuum I ever own.Dragging that canister is a hazel especially when you have a carpert. Do to pulling my vacuum broke, people who sold it me move their location.

I complain to consumer finance. I told them that I wasn't going to make anymore payments. They send me to the credit bureau.

I did put the account up today trying to save my credit. Dissapointe customer.

The Salesman left without giving us our vacuum after he told the bank he was leaving it that day. He lied saying the interest rate was 11.5%, but he wrote down 22.99%.

We made the bank aware of the situation and now they're treating to sue us and we never record received the vacuum. The Ritello company has the vacuum and the banks check.

Would love to know how you got a refund. It it a piece of crap and all I get from them was "you had 3 days to cancel" so we can't help you.

I love the machine. It's worth every dollar I paid. At least the filth picked up from floors, mattress etc is trapped in water then down the toilet bowl rather then staying in the machine for weeks. My machine has been serviced for free after owning it for over a year. Each person thinks different. I am happy I love Ritello
